Having problems watching video in Firefox?

Some users may experience difficulties in playing Windows Media Video in Firefox - this may affect both the embedded video player that we use on our CLIPS page and also within our VIDEO PLAYER.

Additional note: Apologies to all users who have experienced difficulties in using our new site, we're working hard to fix these issues as soon as possible. If you are having problems related to excessive buffering or download time this may be due to the increased size of our video files - we increased the bitrates (from 700 to 1200) to provide better quality.
